Shipping Policies


SHIPPING
V​IMPELOVA aim to deliver the customer’s chosen items to the place and person of their choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. VIMPELOVA provides delivery methods that are subject to a thorough quality control process. 
Please order from VIMPELOVA with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as VIMPELOVA cannot be responsible for this. Delivery time for Items in stock is normally between 2 and 7 working days depending on when the customer’s order is processed, and the location the customer requires the order to be shipped to. For Made to Order Items delivery times can vary between 2-4 weeks from order date.
If the customer’s order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, VIMPELOVA will notify the customer and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.


DISPATCH
Please note that VIMPELOVA aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. VIMPELOVA operates Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, VIMPELOVA is not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes. If a customer has ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.


TAX & DUTIES
If the customer orders goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer. It is accepted by the customer that VIMPELOVA has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. VIMPELOVA recommends that the customer checks with their local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to their online order.


INSURANCE
​VIMPELOVA  insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. VIMPELOVA requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the customer’s purchased goods passes to the customer. If the customer has specified a recipient who is not themselves for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the customer accepts that evidence of a signature by this recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by VIMPELOVA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
